At Addo we begin our engagement with a thorough assessment and documentation of your high level architectural landscape, business challenges, and future goals. Once complete, we use our assessment results to provide you our trusted advice and solution architecture recommendations with clearly identified and defined milestones.
2-week Proof of Concept Sprints
Our team of experienced business analysts and technical architects work with you to formulate a pilot for the next level of business requirements. Our objective being to provide you with a working Proof of Concept (PoC) that has been assessed and validated for efficiency, fit, and functionality.
4-week Delivery Milestones
Next, we focus on scoping, documentation, and delivery; our first four week milestone. At this stage we will work with you to deploy the usable feature sets incrementally.
